About Us
Jack's History
Jack's Refrigeration was founded in Sullivan, MO in 1979 by Jack Heady. The focus of the business was and is service and installation of refrigeration and HVAC equipment. After 30 successful years in business, Jack passed the torch to his grandson Matt Smith in 2011. Matt successfully operated the business for another decade before teaming up with DEKA Service to create a new vision for the company. Matt remains a key figure in the continued success of Jack's Refrigeration.
Refrigeration and HVAC
Jack's Refrigeration provides sales, service and installation of all major brands of refrigeration, heating and cooling equipment for commercial and residential customers.
Our technicians are factory trained on many brands of equipment and we can source OEM parts for just about any make of equipment. This includes warranty replacement parts when needed, regardless of who installed the equipment.
Commercial Equipment Service
Jack's services commercial refrigeration and cooking equipment to keep your business operating at maximum efficiency to serve your customers.
We service and repair walk-in and reach in coolers, refrigerators, cold prep tables and cooking equipment including pizza ovens.
Emergency Service
We provide emergency service to keep your equipment going year 'round. Commercial customers are serviced 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. After hours emergencies for residential customers are handled until 10:00pm nightly.
Maintenance Plans
Jack's offers annual Spring and Fall maintenance plans for all of your HVAC/R equipment to ensure trouble free operation during the hot summers and cold winters of Missouri.
